Château Pape Clément Pessac-Léognan 2015 (Grand Cru Classé de Graves)

The oldest wine property in Bordeaux, dating back from the mid 13th century which belonged to Pope Clement 5th, who gave his name to the Chateau. Since that time, it ranks among Bordeaux’s finest and most memorable reds. This is a big tight wine, almost port-like with great richness and intensity. Really masculine, it will need time but ages beautifully. Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot
