Wine Company NI Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms & Conditions below carefully before ordering any products from our web site. By purchasing from our web site you are indicating your understanding of these terms and conditions and are agreeing to be bound by them.

Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.

Prices, Orders & Payment

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Prices listed are for one 75cl bottle unless otherwise stated and include VAT at the current rate (as at August 2014). All payments are processed using credit/debit card through our secure checkout facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and verified. Our online secure system is certified and you can enter your card details in complete confidence. Every page that contains any of your details will display the yellow padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser and the web address will begin https://. If you right click with your mouse button on any of the secure pages and select ‘properties’ you will be able to view our security certificate.

Occasionally we have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal value.

Prices, Orders & Payment

We currently deliver to anywhere in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK. If you live within Northern Ireland you will automatically qualify for free delivery if you order 12 (or more) bottles of wine. View our Delivery Information page for further details.

Cancellations, Refunds, Non-Delivery

Orders can be cancelled for any reason up to 24 hours after the placement of your order.

Damaged in transit:

For any product that is damaged (smashed/broken) during delivery, we can offer a refund or replacement once photographic evidence of damage is provided.

Corked or Oxidised:

If a bottle of wine is corked, oxidised or appears otherwise out of condition please contact us as soon as possible. Do not discard the product until photographs of the bottle front and back and the cork (where a cork is used) top and bottom are taken, so we can investigate the situation fully to ensure the product is indeed faulty and liable to a refund.  This will be at our discretion and will not cover any shipping costs incurred should a refund be made.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of your order date.

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding orders and general enquiries please do let us know via or call our customer support line on: 028 38326601. Lines open from 9am-5pm weekdays.
