The top red from this excellent winery in the Limoux region of the Languedoc. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache conveys a unique richness of aromas with hints of Garriguet (local aromatic wild bushes, flowers, plants, herbs etc..), dark cherry, plums, with a velvety texture. Long and refined.
