Bolla Amarone del Valpolicella

One of the most original and most famous red wines of Italy. The main grape is corvina. The grapes are left to dry in baskets in well ventilated rooms for up to 4 months. The maturation in vats is long. The result is a huge wine yet beautifully soft,powerful,rich and complex with hints of spice and cocoa. Full of character,long and complete. Aged in oak casks.
