Paul Mas Cuvee Secrete Chardonnay

The organic Cuvee Secrete Chardonnay appears light gold with green tints, disciplined aromas of tropical fruit, honeysuckle and white flowers on the nose. The palate opens with a concentration of mango, melon and other exotic fruit, fresh and balanced with underlying sweet creamy vanilla, finishing rounded and creamy with great length and extended freshness. Do not over chill and consume young 1-2 years. Best served with shellfish and other seafood, chicken and on its own.
