Should you worry about Sulphites?
And should I try it?
Wines certified as ‘sulphite free’ are cleaned with water and alternative filtering processes. A certified sulphite free wine must contain less than 10mg per litre of sulphur.
Because Sulphur is a natural by-product of fermentation there is no true “sulphite free” wine.
However, at The Wine Company we don’t split hairs!
Our sulphite free wines are just as good as “non” sulphite free.
But don’t take our word for it, try one and make your own mind up. You won’t be disappointed.
