Monsieur Paradis Chardonnay

The grapes are harvested before they are fully ripe for perfect health. Fermentation takes place at 12-17 °C to preserve all the aromas. This wine is made to drink young. Fermenting at a low temperature and short skin contact creates a wine with a fruity character.
