Melini Chianti Governo Horeca

Made from the ancestral Governo method which consists of refermenting the wine by adding dried grapes into the vat, thus enriching the wine giving it more concentration and complexity. The wine is full with lots of black cherry and warmth and a soft texture. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
