L’Artisan Le Chardonnay

Jean-Claude Mas selected Chardonnay grapes from low yielding vineyards and used traditional vinification.  Partly barrel fermented and aged in oak barrels results in aromas of tropical fruits evolving towards honey, vanilla and lime blossom notes.  On the palate a rich yet mellow wine with more ripe tropical fruit flavours with a texture that is both refined and moreish.
