A surprising “yellow nose” mainly reminiscent of nuts. Green apple, hazelnut, and almond complete this note bringing a touch of freshness. Of an astonishing richness, the chateau-chalon evokes the nut, often decorated with spices, such as nutmeg or cinnamon. But beware, the chateau-chalon is a dry wine, possessing a certain vivacity, tempered by a fairly high alcoholic degree.
