This wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah. Famille Lancon choose the coolest terroirs for this rosé and the grapes are picked at night. They are destemmed and pressed straight after the harvest, and then aged on fine lees. A delicious dry rosé with a complex fresh fruity nose, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and gingerbread, lively with an exquisite freshness and roundness, perfect balance.
