This noble wine is brilliant and deep red colour. Its supple melted tannins and its subtle vanilla bouquet give a balanced and lengthy aftertaste.
A fine, complex nose, vanilla flavor, along with a touch of spices and licorice, as well as ripened red fruits (Cherry and plum). Full-bodied, persistent with good elegant tannins content.
The Cabernet Sauvignon associated with Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, give consistency, complexity and character. Planted on an exceptional soil, these grapes improve in a bouquet of savior and give us an exceptional cru.
