Chateau Martinolles Blanquette de Limoux

An excellent estate close to saint Hilaire abbey where the very first sparkling wine was made in France, in 1531. Lovely fresh, floral aroma, dry, light and crisp with flavours of white peach, apple, a fine fizz and a clean refreshing aftertaste.
