The Anjou region is under the radar but it is such a great region to discover wine. This wine is made from 100% Chenin blanc grape. Good purity of flavour, very much of pink grapefruit, juicy yellow apple, touches of honeysuckle and pear notes. It offers a vibrant acidity, and subtle floral flavours like chamomile and a linear finish.
This wine has been made to be exquisitely pleasurable.
