Buenalma Organic Malbec

Finca Dinamia`s commitment to sustainability can be seen not only in how they make their wines but also in their presentation; this Malbec uses ecological packaging with a painted bottle, natural cork and recycled cardoard boxes. Deep ruby in colour with a rustic nose of brambles, dried herbs and cloves, the palate is full bodied with concentrated black fruits, mocha, black olives and a slight spicy pepper note on the finish. The production of this wine uses a `hands off` approach, the fermentation starts naturally with wild yeasts and a gentle partial oak ageing imparts spice and complexity.
