Alcesti Appassimento Nero d’avola

Appassimento is a similar process to the one for Amarone. Made from dried grapes, starting on the vines under the baking sun of Sicily, late harvested. It produces a rich and concentrated wine with gorgeous flavours of ripe blackberry and plum and spices, full bodied with a mellow texture.
