A delightful complex nose of pineapple, peach and brioche. The palate combines liveliness and softness with hints of citrus, tropical fruit and flowers and a mineral character, superb! Ageing: 60% in the tank, 40% into oak barrels on the lees (natural sediment). Can age up to 10 years.
