Champage Lenoble Blanc de Noirs

Another great Champagne signed by the Malassagne of Champagnes AR Lenoble. A champagne from the village of Bisseuil, a prestigious cru classified as Premier Cru.

In nose, always the great classics: citrus fruits with a more pronounced lemon of Menton and many tender spices.

In the mouth it is a powerful wine that lets its fruity notes (Pinot Noir de Bisseuil) of cherry, strawberry, coffee bean, dark chocolate and vanilla of oak pass through after a prolonged aging for half in oak.

To be cellared for about eight years to let the very low acidity disappear and let the soft minerality of the chalk appear.

To be served around 11-12°C. in a wine glass to let it blossom like a great Bordeaux or Burgundy wine.

100% Pinot Noir.

The Wine Vintage (year) may be subject to change from the image shown.
