Ca’Bianca Barbera d’Asti

Ca ‘Bianca is an elegant and balanced Barbera, with a clear structure and a very appreciable fruity consistency. It has an intense ruby color, leaning towards garnet. The aroma on the nose reveals a great wealth of nuances: wild berries (raspberries, red cherries, strawberries and wild berries) together with subtle aromas and notes of undergrowth, spices and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it appears dry, full-bodied, harmonious, pleasant and full-flavored, with a finish that makes it suitable for many occasions, perfect with any meal or combined with savory first courses and cold cuts.
