The “Madone” terroir is one of the most famous in the Fleurie appellation, our plots face south on a steep hillside, the soil is very sandy with a few pebbles. This exceptional terroir offers maturities pushed to their maximum. The grapes are destemmed before a long fermentation of 16 to 18 days. This Fleurie is complex and fruity, a slightly mineral finish provides a perfect balance between fruit, power and freshness. To be enjoyed on your special occasions with poultry and red meats.
