This fine merlot is produced in the Paul Mas winery in the Languedoc region, South of France. The wine is partly aged in oak barrels to produce a melange of mulberry and plum aromas, evolving towards cocoa notes. Soft on the palate and fruity with hints of liquorice, this is a simply delicious wine.
