Production is limited to 12 000 bottles. 50 % of the wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barrels, 20 % new.This wine is bottled without fining and unfiltered.
Can age 5 years. I will go well with grilled meats, meat pies and stews, game and medium flavour hard cheeses.
